Born in Hendek/Sakarya province in 1972 and moved to Istanbul in 1979.
After primary education, completed 7-year secondary education in one of the oldest reputable boarding schools in Turkiye, Darüşşafaka College.
Acquired Associate Degrees from Gazi University (Ankara) on Customs Management and University of Istanbul Banking Programme.
Completed military service in NATO HQ - SHAPE (Belgium) as communication clerk.
Graduated from University of Istanbul, Faculty of Law with LL.B. Degree.
Registered in Istanbul Bar Association.
Married with two sons. Knows English in advanced level.
